Celtic's protracted Champions League campaign came to an end last night.

They were beaten 1-0 in the second leg of their play-off round tie by Maribor. The Slovenians triumph 2-1 on aggregate, and go through to the group phase.

The Hoops struggled throughout the game and only created 2 chances on target with their 47 percent of the possession.
