David Beckham has shown his appreciation for Manchester United rising star Marcus Rashford with the gift of a signed shirt.
The 18-year-old burst onto the scene in the second half of last season, with his rise so meteoric that he made it into the England squad at Euro 2016, even seeing game-time against Wales and Iceland late on.
Rashford is now preparing for his first full season at United and revealed the kind gesture club legend Beckham made towards him.
The signed shirt comes with a message from the ex-England captain which reads: "To Marcus, good luck and continue working hard and playing with joy and passion. Love David Beckham."
