The Euro 2016 final was a euphoric moment for captain Cristiano Ronaldo, but there was a tinge of sadness in the celebrations.
The Real Madrid striker was substituted after a collision with Dimitri Payet resulted in what looks to be a severe knee injury, but nothing has been confirmed with regards a diagnosis.
Judging by his social media networks however, Ronaldo appears undeterred by the uncertainty of his injury status.
He posted two pictures of his brand new Bugatti Veyron, worth an estimated $1.5 million, on his Instagram account to the 68 million people who follow him.
He captioned the pictures: “The animal arrive” and “Soon your honor arrive”.
Ronaldo already has a huge fleet of impressive cars, including the McLaren MP4-12 Spyder, Ferrari 599 GTO and Rolls-Royce Phantom.
