Ahead of their first ever Connacht football final, the Connacht Council have told London County Board that they will help out with the cost of their campaign.
The Exiles have achieved unprecedented success this year, overcoming Sligo and Leitrim to set up an unlikely final showdown with Mayo.
County Chairman Noel O' Sullivan told the Irish Times that their expenditure so far has been "roughly just under £30,000 (35,000 euro)".
