It remains uncertain if Cian Healy will be available for Ireland's World Cup campaign.

The IRFU have declined to comment on reports that the loosehead prop is struggling to recover from an operation that he had on his neck last May.

The Leinster star is believed to be recovering at a slower rate than expected, although he has been involved in training with both Leinster and Ireland this summer.

The Union say that a full update on the fitness of the Irish squad will be issued next week.
