Cian Healy's new disciplinary hearing will be held tomorrow in London.
The Leinster prop is to have his case re-heard after he was initially cited with striking with the knee in the European Champions Cup loss to Toulon earlier this month.
The case will be re-heard by a different judicial officer.
Healy had a two week suspension overturned on appeal, which left him free to face Munster last Saturday.
The Ireland international limped out of that match with a twisted knee.
