Celtic will step up their pursuit of Kevin Doyle following Gary Hooper's transfer to QPR.

The Ireland striker wants a move from Wolves following their relegation to League One and his move to Glasgow could come through following Hooper's departure.

According to The Star, Celtic will rush the deal through today so Doyle is registered for next week's Champions league third round qualifier against Elfsborg.
