Paul Casey has won the Irish Open, finishing on 18 under following a superb closing round score of 67. Casey eventually finished the tournament three shots ahead of his nearest challengers, Robert Rock and Joost Luiten.
Casey hit four birdies in a row, going around the turn and even two bogeys in a row could not derail his charge to the title. An eagle on 18 sealed the win.
Shane Lowry was the best of the Irish, finishing tied for fifth with a final round of 3 under today and 8 under for the tournament.
