Norwich will be returning to the Premier League next season.

The Canaries have secured promotion after beating Middlesbrough 2-0 in their Championship play-off final at Wembley.

Goals from Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond inside the opening 15 minutes gave the Canaries a deserved victory and a place in next season's Premier League.

It means, they will join Bournemouth and Watford in next season's top flight, and also return to the Premier League after a one year absence.
