Terry Butcher has been appointed as the new Hibernian manager.
The former England captain has agreed a three-year contract with the Edinburgh club and succeeds Pat Fenlon, who stepped down from the job at the end of last month.
Butcher and assistant Maurice Malpas join the club on a three year contract after leaving Inverness.
Their first match in charge will be against St Mirren on Saturday November 23rd.
Butcher had been in charge of Inverness Caledonian Thistle since 2009, taking the club to a lofty position of second this season, just five points behind Celtic and a full ten points clear of Hibs.
