Brian O'Driscoll will equal the record of Australia's George Gregan as the most-capped player in Test rugby when he wins his 131st Ireland cap and his 139th Test cap in total.
The centre, who was struggling with a stomach bug earlier this week has been named in the starting team to take on England at Twickenham on Saturday.
The 35-year-old former Ireland captain won his first test cap against Australia in 1999 and will retire from the game at the end of this season.
