Bray Wanderers have called for supporters to rally round after admitting to serious financial difficulties.
The North Wicklow club which currently plays in the SSE Airtricity League posted a picture of a full-page newspaper advert on its Facebook page asking fans to show their support by attending the final three home matches of the season.
In April the club announced plans to become a "community-owned" entity in a bid to become self-sustaining.
Four months ago, club President Pete Hannigan had told me that Bray had lost over €1 million over the previous decade, prompting the reevaluation of the club's ownership model.
