It is not yet a year since Bill O'Herlihy passed away, but the Cork-born broadcaster still remains as popular ever.
The broadcaster retired from hosting RTE's sports coverage after the 2014 World Cup final. He led the coverage of numerous World Cups, European Championships and Olympic Games.
O'Herlihy's retirement and passing will be felt most by viewers this summer during coverage of Euro 2016 and the Olympic Games in Brazil.
