Everyone expects Australia to be the cannon fodder in Group B against the combined might of Spain, the Netherlands and Chile.

With the Aussie golden generation either retired or fading forces, the Socceroos will be taking a young and inexperienced side to Brazil and will find it extremely difficult to match the achievements of the 2006 crop which reached the knockout stages.
