New Fulham manager Felix Magath says he is not as much of a disciplinarian as some people make out.

The German comes with a bit of reputation for running a tight ship, with fines and gruelling training schedules.

He is aiming to save the club from Premier League relegation and when asked if he was a "tough guy", he replied:

"I'm a nice guy, very nice."
