Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Lukas Podolski scored for the home side, before Steven Gerrard notched one back for Liverpool from the penalty spot.
Arsenal will host Everton in the Quarter Finals, after Everton beat Swansea 3-1 this afternoon in their fifth round tie at Goodison Park.
Debutante Lacina Traore, Steven Naismith and Leighton Baines were on the mark for Everton, with Jonathan de Guzman scoring for the away side.
Elsewhere, Chris Porter scored twice late on to give League One side Sheffield United a 3-1 win over Championship side Nottingham Forest at Bramall Lane.
United will face Sheffield rivals Sheffield Wednesday, if Wednesday can beat Charlton in their fifth round tie, which was postponed yesterday due to a waterlogged pitch.
Elsewhere, there will be a rematch of last year's FA Cup Final in the this year's Quarter Final, when Manchester City take on Wigan.
And Sunderland boss Gus Poyet could go to former club Brighton, as long as the Championship team beat Hull tomorrow evening.
