A Nightingale Falling - Easter Sunday at 10pm on UTV Ireland
A Nightingale Falling is a period drama set during the Irish War of Independence - this is its Irish TV premiere.
The plot is based around two sisters who discover a wounded British officer at the height of the Anglo-Irish War - they must outwit British and Irish forces, and confront their own personal rivalry in an attempt to save his life.
The film was released in Irish cinemas in September of last year. It premiered at the Galway Film Fleadh and went on to win Best Film at the Sky Road Film Festival, Best Feature at the Underground Film Festival - and an award for Best Dramatic Score of 2014 at the Reel Music Awards.
There is an accompanying documentary at 4:30pm on the same day looking at the challenges that the independent production company faced putting the film together.
Moone Boy - Sky 1 at 9:00pm on Monday
Hollywood A-lister, Paul Rudd guest stars on this week's new episode of Moone Boy. We're not quite sure what is role is - or if he'll be real or imaginary.
We do know that the episode will focus on Martin's grandad's imaginary friend, George Gershwin - who is described as a 'cool, piano-playing guy' - so we're guessing that could be Mr Rudd.
This episode is the last in the current series of Moone Boy.
Travel Man - Weekly, 8:30pm on Monday's - Channel 4
Richard Ayoade initially came to the public's attention with his staring role in The IT Crowd - since that show ended he has directed well-received films, 'Submarine', and 'The Double' - he's been a panel show regular - fronted Channel 4's The Gadget Man - and written a book.
His latest vehicle - Travel Man is a new series that sees him spending 48 hours in some of the world's most desirable travel locations with some familiar faces.
The first show sees him go to Barcelona with actress Kathy Burke.
Eurovision's Greatest Hits - RTÉ2/BBC One, tonight 9.00pm
The Eurovision Song Contest turns 60 later this year - Graham Norton and 2013 Eurovision host Petra Mede of Sweden are presenting a showcase of some of the contest's best (and worst) entries.
Ireland's Johnny Logan will sing a medley of What’s Another Year and Hold Me Now - reigning Eurovision Song Contest winner Austria's Conchita Wurst will also perform.
Mad Men season 7 - part 2
After a mid-season break, the seventh and final series of Mad Men premiers in the US on Sunday night - it will be aired on Thursday April 9th in the UK and Ireland on Sky Atlantic.
While the show has petered off - particularly over the last two seasons - fans will be hoping that there's still a sting in the tale. The long weekend offers a good chance to catch up - or to remind yourself where we left off last time we saw Don and Co.
