Michael O'Sullivan, economist and author of ‘Ireland and the Global Question, and also 'The Levelling: What's Next After Globalization?’ joins Vincent to discuss next week's council of EU leaders, the possible fault-lines appearing ahead of the EU budget, the challenge of climate change for EU member states and Ireland's place in Europe without the UK.
