Patrick Honohan, former governor of the Central Bank of Ireland, economist, and Honorary Professor at the Department of Economics, Trinity College Dublin joined Vincent to discuss the Euro's economic outlook following a ruling by the German Constitutional Court which could potentially damage confidence in the ECB's ability to manage the region’s economic recovery, and together look at the impact such high levels of borrowing might spell for the Irish economy in the years ahead.
