Together they discuss the surging Omicron cases in Ireland, the change to health guidelines, the possibility of closing schools, Sinn Fein's rising popularity, as well as the Ghislaine Maxwell verdict.

As well as this Shane spoke to Anthony Staines, Professor of Public Health Systems, DCU to discuss Ireland's response to the spread of the Omicron variant.
