A lot of our attention has been focused on maintaining social distancing and adhering to the Covid-19 safety protocols, and while these measures are critical to protecting those around us, these changes can have a significant impact on our mental health as well.

As we slowly move towards further easing of restrictions and as we begin to contemplate going back to work, people might understandably be feeling further anxiety as we adjust to our 'new normal'.

Helen Vaughan, psychotherapist and owner of Maynooth Counselling & Psychotherapy joins Susan to discuss what people can do to deal with the emotional strain of further changes to their lives.
