A draft law with the European Commission said firms with more than 250 workers should publish annual, anonymised figures on the gender “pay gap”, including bonuses and benefits.  Mary Connaughton, Director of CIPD Ireland joined Pat to discuss the new EU rules to address gender pay gap.
