A Limerick pensioner says she has been left devastated after being fined €150 for feeding the seagulls.

70 year old Breda Moynihan said she took great joy in feeding the seagulls but felt disgusted after a €150 fine was handed to her by a Limerick council worker. According to the Irish Independent she was accused of throwing food (bread) on a green area.
