Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has said he expects the use of the Covid-19 booster vaccine to be extended significantly as ministers were warned last night that the peak of the virus is now further away than first thought.   Cabinet will meet today to discuss stronger measures to tackle the surge but are further restrictions the answer?
