Will Dublin Airport bring in drop off and pick up charges?

An Bord Pleanala has given the green light for Dublin Airport to introduce tolled drop-off or pick-up charges. Although the DAA have said they have no plans to implement tolls. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast with more on this was Emer Currie, Fine Gael Senator.
