A large cohort of young adults don’t have the necessary skills to be able to cook a meal for themselves.

That’s the view of Ross Keogh, Co-owner of Keogh’s Crips and Keogh’s Farm in North Dublin, who says that home economics should be a mandatory subject in schools so that children can learn the basic life skill. Ross spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
