32 per cent of transition year students reported having self-harmed at some point in their lifetime.  

 

That’s according to new research from the University of Galway, which found high rates of self-harm among teenagers and a decline in their mental health and wellbeing. We get reaction to these findings with Emmet Major, Project Co-Ordinator at Planet Youth.
