UCC Student's Union sets up Food Bank

UCC SU Welfare Officer, Naoise Crowley, has established a Food Bank for students suffering from severe financial hardship.

15 to 20 people a week are availing of the service.

Newstalk reporter, Aideen Finnegan, has visited the Cork campus to find out how the service works.

We also hear from USI president Lorna Fitzpatrick and Saint Vincent de Paul, Head of Social Justice and Policy, Trisha Kielty.
