The World Health Organisation on Sunday declared an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda a "public health emergency of international concern", posing risks to neighbouring countries. 

Professor Sam McConkey, Infectious Disease Specialist at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland joined Anton this morning.
