The NCT are going cashless

The NCT (National Car Test) have caused a stir online after announcing on their social media that they will be going cashless over the coming months! Payments will now have to be made online or by postal order in advance of attending an NCT appointment. Peadar Tóibín, Aontú leader gave his view of this decision by the NCT.
