Indoor dining and drinking is still some way off in South, but that certainly is not the case up North.
Over the past few weekends trains to Belfast have been fully booked out with such a demand from people wanting to have a pint indoors.
Reporter Josh Crosbie travelled on-board one of these so-called party trains to get a taste of the atmosphere.
