Schools can reach a “critical stage” due to the staff shortage. That’s the warning that comes from teachers' union ahead of todays’ meeting with Education Minister Norma Foley. What are teachers' unions looking to hear from the meeting?  Michael Gillespie, General Secretary of Teachers Union of Ireland joined Ciara this morning on the show.
