The Taliban are on the verge of taking total control of Afghanistan with their forces now entering the capital Kabul, the last major city outside their control. It comes as President Ashraf Ghani fled the country. Simon Coveney Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence spoke to us this morning with his reaction to the ongoing situation.
