Russian drills are not welcome off the coast of Ireland

Russia's Ambassador to Ireland says the controversy around the Russian military exercises which are due to take place off the Irish coast next month is "hugely overblown".  Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney told a meeting of EU ministers yesterday that the drills are “not welcome”, but Ambassador Yury Filatov insists that the exercises are "not in any way a threat to Ireland or anybody else”. For more on this ongoing story Ciara spoke to Suzanne Lynch, Journalist with POLITICO Europe.
