Restrictions on the construction of Build To Rent apartment blocks are being proposed as part of Dublin City Council's new development plan. The proposed restrictions include plans to stop developers from building blocks with no homes for sale and to restrict studio and one-bed apartments to a maximum of 30 percent of the development.
