The Residential tenancy board in conjunction with the ESRI has published its Rent Index for new tenancies which shows a 9% annual growth rate nationally.  

Conor O'Toole, an associate research professor with the ESRI outlined their findings. For more on this Shane spoke to Assistant Professor of Social Policy at Maynooth University, Rory Hearne.
