The French capital is leading the way with ambitious plans to become the first mega-city to curb car use and give the central streets back to the people.   Should we follow in French footsteps and pedestrianize our own cities, and more importantly, could we?  Brian Caulfield, Associate Professor School of Engineering at Trinity College Dublin spoke to Ciara this morning with his view.
