Met Éireann has issued an Orange weather warning for Kilkenny, Wexford, and Waterford from today, with a status yellow also coming into effect for several other counties.
Speaking to Ciara this morning was Mark Bowe, Met Eireann forecaster and also Paul Rock, Senior fire advisor with the National Directorate for Fire & Emergency Management.
