The Oireachtas Health Committee has written to the Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly, requesting he delays any Cabinet decision on moving the National Maternity Hospital. This is to enable the St Vincent's Holding Group to attend a hearing.
The committee will address the matter again today and will hear from the former master of the National Maternity Hospital Dr. Peter Boylan. Ahead of this meeting, Dr Boylan spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
