New data reveals the inequalities in higher education

The higher education student population does not reflect the diversity found in the greater population of Ireland. 

 

That’s according to new data published by the Higher Education Authority this morning, which finds that for every five students from disadvantaged areas at third level institutions, there are ten from affluent areas.
