The government has confirmed that a small group of Army Rangers and two Department of Foreign Affairs officials are expected to arrive in Kabul this evening to help facilitate the evacuation of remaining Irish citizens.  Simon Coveney Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence spoke to us this morning.
