You all may remember the story of Keith Byrne, the Irishman living in the US who was arrested for immigration offences in July and threatened with deportation.
Keith was temporarily released from the custody of ICE for a period of 30 days to seek a judicial review of his case.
There’s now ten days remaining of that allotted time frame. He joins Newstalk Breakfast to discuss how things have developed
