A gap in one's employment history can be hard to explain when stay at home mums and dads try to re-enter the job market after raising a family. Especially when many of us left the workforce during the pandemic to look after our kids. Our reporter Henry McKean spoke to stay at home parents and asked is it about time the work they do at home is recognised?
