Dublin dwellers could cut their car ownership by 98pc and still move easily around the city and suburbs if transport sharing services were widely rolled out, that’s according to new research by the International Transport Forum.  To discuss this further Shane was joined by Conor Skehan, Former chair of the Housing Agency and Lecturer in Planning at Technological University Dublin and John Gibbons, Environmental Journalist and Commentator.
