Ireland greenhouse gas emissions fell almost 5% in 2019, the highest fall since 2011 according to a new report from the Environmental Protection Agency. However despite the fall, Ireland remains off target to meet future climate targets.  Mary Francis Rochford, Programme Manager with EPA joined us on the show.
