Housing prices rose by 2.4% on average during the first three months of this year. That’s according to the latest Daft.ie Sales Report. The average listed price nationwide is now more than 8% higher than this time last year. Ronan Lyons is an Economist at Trinity College Dublin and the uthor of this report and he spoke to Newstalk Breakfast.
