Healthcare unions opposing the HSE’s plan on new close contact rules

Healthcare workers must not be exempt from the new five-day self-isolation rule should a member of their household become infected with COVID-19.    That’s according to the National Joint Council group of healthcare unions, who have written to the HSE opposing this plan.  Joining Shane this morning was Kevin Figgis, SIPTU Health Divisional Organiser.
