Six of Ireland’s top motor insurers have agreed to new legally binding commitments to reform their internal competition law compliance programmes. The agreement was brokered by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission following their own investigation into anti-competitive cooperation in insurance firms. For more, we are joined by Brian McHugh, a Member of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
