Covid and the Affordable Housing Bill could keep first time buyers locked out of the property market for years to come.  That’s the view of Kieran McQuinn, ESRI Research Professor who says that the only way to actually ease the housing crisis is to double state funding for construction and Kieran joined us this morning.
