The European Commission will this month propose an EU-wide digital certificate providing proof of a Covid-19 vaccination that could allow Europeans to travel more freely over the summer. Ciara was joined by Billy Kelleher, Fianna Fáil MEP & Prof Sam Mcconkey Infectious Disease Specialist at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland to discuss the proposal.
